office to print it out. The layout of the printed
estimate is clear and concise, eliminating

can be changed quickly, and the results viewed

computer. It was actually programmed on one! This
gives the user the versatility of not only having
an excellent estimating tool on site, but they
have the full capabilities of a normal computer
available to them. After the sales call, it can

weight. Letters and reports can be generated from
anywhere the consultant cares to do them.
AccuQuote can also be used on any desktop
computer as well. This allows other people, such
as inside sales to use it. AccuQuote includes a
'QuickQuote' feature designed specifically with
inside sales in mind.

- Since AccuQuote is used on a regular computer,
all the estimates are saved to the computer's
hard drive. There is never a need to delete
estimates to make room for more. The customer
database capabilities are as large as the
